Yes. Your 4 included tokens are valid for 12 months and do not roll over. Purchased tokens are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Yes. The plan gives you unlimited scenarios, document storage and the deeper tools whether or not you ever buy a token. Tokens only matter when you want the full version of a suburb or LGA report beyond the free preview.
You keep every report you order, with no time limit. A suburb report counts as current for 30 days from the day you order it, not to the end of the month. An LGA report counts as current for 90 days, because LGA reports are updated quarterly. You can apply a current report to your plan. After that it is marked out of date. You can still read it, but to apply an updated report to your property, or to read the updated one, you order it again (1 token). The data in a report is not refreshed when someone else orders it.
One token is $15, three are $30 ($10 each) and five are $40 ($8 each). A suburb report and an LGA report are one token each, and a property check is two.

Yes. Cancel from your subscription settings. If you cancel mid-year, you keep paid features until the end of your billing period. Refunds, in short: in the first 30 days the plan fee is refunded less $15 for each report token used and $250 for each strategy session taken (if that comes to the plan price or more, nothing is due). A renewal you did not intend is refunded within 7 days if no token has been spent and no session taken. A token purchase is refundable within 14 days only while none of its tokens are spent. Delivered reports are not refundable; if a report cannot be built, the tokens come back automatically. A standalone session is refundable with more than 24 hours notice. Full wording is in Terms, clause 16.
No. The free tracker works entirely in your browser. Your data stays on your device by default. No email, no account, no credit card. You'll only sign up when you want to save across devices or upgrade.
No. StratMap is a modelling and tracking tool. It shows numbers based on your inputs and the assumptions in the engine. It doesn't tell you what to do. That's for your accountant, broker, and financial adviser. Australian residential property is not a financial product under the Corporations Act, and StratMap does not hold an AFSL.
On your device (localStorage), by default. If you sign up (on any tier), your data syncs to our servers in Sydney so you can access it across devices. We never sell your data. We use it to run the tool for you.
